Life is a constantly evolving story. As such, Career Development is most effective when youth are provided a natural progression of relevant activities that address career awareness, exploration and development. The Career Development Continuum is designed to help practitioners define an intentional series of classroom activities, workplace experiences and pertinent community involvement.

Career Development is most effective when youth are provided a sequenced continuum of activities and experiences that address career and college awareness, exploration, and preparation. This is accomplished through a series of classroom activities, workplace exposures, and community experiences over time.
