Quality Work-Based Learning
It’s simple – everything works better together. Siloed learning is ineffective and limiting. Quality Work-Based Learning encourages youth to develop academic, technical and workplace/professional skills in career-focused education and training programs. Employers agree that new workers must have experience and mastery in all three of these skill areas, with an emphasis on professional skills. Quality Work-Based Learning helps build systems that connect youth to the real world of real work.
